Common questions

What happens when the trial ends?

Team plans require a card at signup; billing starts automatically when the 14-day trial ends unless you cancel first. Individual Pro works the same way. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.

How are seats counted?

One seat per person in your organization. Admins, instructors, and learners all count. You can add or remove seats at any time; billing adjusts on your next invoice.

Who owns the content we upload?

You do. Uploaded documents and the courses generated from them belong to your organization. Original files are parsed and discarded. We keep the extracted text, and any images taken from the file, needed to generate and cite your courses.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We do not use your documents, conversations, or learning data to train models, and our AI providers state that API data is not used to train theirs. Content is isolated per organization.

Can we cancel or change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal at any time. Paid access runs to the end of the billing period; no long-term contracts.

Do you offer invoicing or annual billing?
